From Protochroma Wiki
Rank determines the players' max HP, as well as the tasks and delves (currently only applies to Limited Run Delves) they may complete.
The amount of adult creatures raised ("Adults Raised" statistics) is what determines the rank; currently owned adults does not affect the ranking.
