The Elusive Oasis is a transient Sector where the player may find Wild Caught creatures only available during the summer season. It was first released on August 6, 2021, along with its initial creatures, Fulminifer and Painted Kalak.
Description
During summer, the sands of this desert shift dramatically, revealing a normally unseen oasis. Water from deep underground fills out to create a small lake. Dormant plants sprawl out and return to their brilliant green hue, providing shelter and perches for the creatures that flock to here. When this oasis is lively, one is sure to find younger creatures amongst the plants. Once breeding season is over, these creatures will vanish almost as quickly as they appeared, going back into hiding until they return next year.
