Electro-Arc Rifle is the most tested weapon with this setup and will likely give the best results, as the boss is weak against it. Attention should primarily be on farming items for a significant portion of the Delve. During battle, fight as normal; search Rocky Ground once and Fungus Patch whenever the option is up. Fulminifer tagalongs that are not Stoic or Valiant will attack less, but generally heal the player or find items more. During Examining turns, if you have a comfortable amount of HP (generally over half), turns can be spent looking for the desired item. With lower HP, attention should start to shift to healing, but confident players with enough max HP can still farm items until HP reaches around 50, at which point all priorities should shift to healing. It's recommended to heal until you have more than half HP, and then switch to farming again.
The boss can be handled as in the Electro-Fire loop. This strategy is impacted less severely by bad luck than a standard loop, and even new players should have decent success if they have the correct setup.

Strategy
Electro-Fire Loop
The Electro-Fire Loop is a looping strategy similar in concept to the Vitrevern Loop for Laboratory Depths. In this case, it uses a mix of two elements to cover the majority of creature weaknesses found in the delve, and relies heavily on healing. Vitreverns are recommended due to their low rarity, though Lightcatchers and Rambleblossoms do more base damage overall. Zooming Cometchasers also have a Fire attack, but their secondary attack is Solar, which is resisted by both Kreekiki and Vullux, the latter of which is the Delve's boss.
- Tagalong: Any personality with a Fire-element attack (Recommended: Vitrevern, Lightcatcher, Rambleblossom)
- Equipment: Electro-Arc Rifle + Mining Gear
- Add-On: Any + Any Electric resist
- Ideally, Electric + Blue resist, which is not currently known to exist. If no Electric resist Scrap is available, favor a Blue resist, then Earth or Air.
- Add-On: Any + Any Electric resist
- Ammo: Arthrophobia
During battle, Search whenever the option comes up (Rocky Ground only needs to be searched once and Tunnelled Walls can be ignored if desired), and use only the weapon's normal attack. Ammo is only required for the 5% chance of Rock Kernel Bunch being a Trilopede trap, however they are weak to fire and will often die when you Search anyway.
During Examining turns, focus solely on healing. Rock Kernel Bunch is recommended if there, as it heals 20 HP 95% of the time. Orange Mushroom is also useful at the mid-range of HP, but only heals 12 as opposed to the Food Cube Snack's 15, so if low on HP it's recommended to use a Snack instead. If at full or near-full HP, feel free to pick a different option, but focus should be primarily on maintaining HP.
When reaching the boss, Search whenever possible (if Fungus Patch) or once (Rocky Ground) and use the normal weapon attack. Rapid Fire can do anywhere from over double weapon damage to slightly below it, so it's a gamble to use and isn't entirely required. Bad luck with Search results and Examining points can end a loop prematurely.
Fulminifer Item Grind
This strategy relies on and makes use of the Fulminifer's two elemental attacks, both of which are strong against several enemies in the Delve, with only the Tunnelwyrm not being weak against either. This strategy relies less on healing than other loop strategies due to the high damage the Fulminifer can do. This strategy has currently only been tested with an account that has 200 max HP, but should work in the same concept with lower-level players. This strategy can be used to farm general items through both the Tagalong and the Examine points, specific items through Examine points, or Scrap.
- Tagalong: Any personality Fulminifer
- Equipment: Electro-Arc Rifle/Igniter 1K/Gauged Gale/Frosty Biter + Mining Gear
- Add-On: Any + Any Electric resist
- Ideally, Electric + Blue resist, which is not currently known to exist. If no Electric resist Scrap is available, favor a Blue resist, then Earth or Air.
- Add-On: Any + Any Electric resist
- Ammo: Arthrophobia (Only if weapon is Electro-Arc Rifle)
Electro-Arc Rifle is the most tested weapon with this setup and will likely give the best results, as the boss is weak against it. However, more non-boss enemies (including random encounter Gemstealers) are weak to the Igniter 1K instead, and the boss is not one of them. However, neither weapon is effective against random encounter Tunnelwyrms, which are weak against the Gauged Gale and Frosty Biter-- weaknesses which no other creature in the Delve shares. Ultimately it's up to the player which weapon they wish to use, and adjust their play accordingly.
If the player wishes to use a weapon to take down the Tunnelwyrms more easily, it's recommended to slightly shift the setup so that the Tagalong is Stoic or Valiant; otherwise, any personality will do.
