Revision as of 16:37, 22 September 2021

This page is intended to serve as a place for editors to discuss what pages need to be made and how to go about making them. Feel free to add your own section, comment on other users' sections, or work on pages which have been linked here for work. When you feel that the project you started has been completed, feel free to delete it from this page. Please do not delete projects you did not start.

When commenting on sections, you can separate your comment from the previous person's by indenting with colons, using one more than the previous person did. If the indents start running off the screen, feel free to reset your indent to one colon. Sign your username after your comment by using four tildes. A non-formatted example:

I want to do this thing. ~~~~
:I'll help you do it. ~~~~
::Count me in! ~~~~
:::The thing is almost done. ~~~~
: The indents are getting long. ~~~~

Item List

The Item List page should now be complete with all item information currently known to the wiki. Stuff still needed:

  • Supply shop items (only Rare Chromas have been added)
  • Scrap info for Cloaked Shrubstalker, since we still don't know their rarities or descriptions.

Formatting may also need to be adjusted for the tables as we find the best way to layout information. Gathouria (talk) 09:55, 7 June 2021 (UTC)

Damage Output

I'm taking data on how much damage enemies, Tagalongs, and the player can do, and have a lot of data, but not sure where the best place to put this info would be. Since it's a huge chunk of data text, I'll link to what's currently collected. Gathouria (talk) 20:41, 23 May 2021 (UTC)

Shielded, resisted, and super effective damage is all collected separately, which will hopefully allow us to do math to get the base damage for everything and see which way things round in damage math.

Limited Pickup Text

  • June 6, 2021 - June 30, 2021
    • Reward: Rainbow Chroma x2
    • "They ended up with a bunch of extra materials to make more Rainbow Chroma than usual. Bet you're happy you get to have more than just one this time, huh?"
  • July 7, 2021 - July 31, 2021
    • Reward: Energy Drink x4
    • "Feels like the IA will take money from almost anyone... there was this whole spiel the company that makes these energy drinks wanted me to give you, but I lost the paper. How would they even know if I told it to everyone anyway? They taste good, I guess. There, that's my endorsement."
  • August 24, 2021 - September 24, 2021
    • Reward: Juice Box x6
    • "Have you ever read the back of one of these? It just goes on and on about the straw being made of paper. If they're gonna give me another thing to hand out they could at least give me some good reading material too."

New Release Wiki Checklist

To be used as a reference during new releases. Feel free to add anything I probably forgot about. Konz (talk) 16:36, 1 August 2021 (UTC)

New Creature Release

New Delve Checklist

  • New section in Project Portal using any older Delve page as template
  • Delving table in Delving page update
  • Test for weakness/resistance on brand new creature encounters, and whether the encounter has higher defense or not (19-25 DPS average neutral attack, higher defense creatures will take less than this on average)
  • Update Scraps in Item List for brand new creature encounters
  • Gather all possible items in the Available Items table, excluding scraps
  • Relevant Sector page under Delves:
  • Once information gathering is complete, move to their new page and remove the section in Project Portal

Other New Content Checklist

This is for things like Limited Pickups and new dialogues. I'll add things here when I think of something (you can, too). Konz (talk) 16:36, 1 August 2021 (UTC)

Vullux Den (Limited Run Delve)

New page added: Vullux Den

Strategy

Scrap Grind

This strategy is for collecting Scraps that are currently not available in any of Regular Delves. Since players cannot retry Limited Run Delves after clearing, careful HP management is essential.

  • Tagalong: None
  • Equipment: Igniter 1K + Researcher Uniform
  • Ammo: Dehydrator/Scaleshredder

Even though Vullux Den is a Level 1 Delve, the available terrains are not helpful for the 1 HP strategy utilized in other limited delves, Cassidice Nest and Drakilin Hideaway. Take Igniter 1K to deal with Fungusmonger, as well as Trilopede should you have no choice but to encounter one; have some Dehydrator/Scaleshredder ready for Selm. Why Igniter 1K over Electro-Arc Rifle? While Fungus and Selm are weak to Electric, Vullux is also weak to it, thus not recommended in order to help prevent clearing the delve prematurely due to string of bad luck.

Tagalongs have been tested for viability in this delve. Due to their unpredictable natures, close shaves were experienced even when starting with 1 HP, therefore taking a tagalong is not advised here.

16 HP will be enough to survive the first Fungusmonger, 26 HP if seeking out Selm. Use normal attacks against Fungusmonger, and normal attack + ammo against Selm. Heal in second room with Orange Mushroom only if searching specifically for Fungusmongers and the HP is below 10. If hunting for Selms, hope the first and second room offer examine points that include Bubbling Pond.
